Welcome to Freediving South Africa!We are based in Umkomaas near the famous Aliwal Shoal on the South Coast of KZN. Umkomaas is blessed with some of the most incredible diving and ocean life in the world. We launch every day and may encounter sharks, turtles, dolphins, whales and many other marine creatures during our freedive courses and adventures. Our centre offers the perfect environment for learning to freedive, with a 3m pool, freedive gear, and accommodation for those who are traveling from afar. Skills are practiced in the pool and courses are completed in the open ocean (weather permitting).Our staff are ocean conservation-minded individuals who have undergone the highest level of training to facilitate safe and responsible freedive courses and adventures. We are committed to providing all of our students and guests with an unforgettable learning and adventure experience, in one of the best locations in the world!We also offer mobile courses from various locations along the South Coast of KZN and inland waters, for those not able to join us in Umkomaas.Get in touch and we can schedule a course near you!
