GreenSpace is invested in providing public access to ‘green spaces in unexpected places.' GreenSpace reinvents under-utilized spaces in cities and towns that have been left to fall into disrepair. Property owners use our services to provide an array of different layouts and configurations to be placed on their remediation lots. These sites provide multiple services to the local populous along with the beautification of previously deserted and abandoned areas. Unused gas stations lay in abandonment in many towns and cities, especially in high-visibility and highly populated areas. GreenSpace looks to fix this issue by creating temporary green space for the public. Choose between multiple different packages ranging from a simple package with grass, benches and potted trees to more advanced projects with mobile playgrounds and dog parks. Some of our options can generate income via pop-up shops, food truck slots or mobile cafes with built-in seating. Brownfields' are vacant, derelict, or underutilized commercial properties where past actions have resulted in actual or perceived contamination. The most common of these sites are gas stations and laundry mats. With our specially crafted membrane, contaminants are kept from leaching into the newly made public space.
