The FVDZ is politically independent and is committed to therapeutic freedom, openness to modern dental treatment methods for all patients, encouragement of prophylaxis, greater responsibility self-determination for patients and dentists and solid financing of dentistry.The FVDZ is focused on the future – and therefore believes its mission also involves responding to changing conditions and developing alternative options for action for dentists as part of future-oriented healthcare.The FVDZ also pursues its aims in the interest of its members – and not just on a national level.
