The cool climate of the Coal River Valley in Southern Tasmania is home to our boutique grove of 1000 olive trees. It's a crop that's been cultivated for thousands of years but our trees are still babies, planted in 2002. The long growing season means our fruit ripens slowly, developing fabulous, complex flavours. Our focus is on sharing these fantastic flavours, with as little intervention by us as possible. We press our own oil on site, and the amazing fresh aromas always remind us of the first ever moment our pressing yielded oil. Our dream is to share to share this experience with people who love intense flavours as much as we do, and love their food to provide a connection with the place it's grown.
