Fria's Superfoods is a small food business located in the heart of Cape Town. We offer healthy treats to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. All treats are handmade in small batches and available as single servings. We also cater for birthday parties and events. The owner, Fria Hiemstra, is the passionate founder and creator of what she calls her little works of art. Fria is very picky about her treats so if it doesn't satisfy her taste buds then she knows it won't satisfy yours.
