We invest in raw land and leverage it to drive our vision.Our vision is to develop homes first and then communities, balancing housing needs while focusing on sustainability, the environment, and human health.We focus on materials like Structural Insulated Panels, steel roofs, gardens to attract pollinators, EMF protectors, sustainable flooring, etc. to provide safe, cost efficient, environmentally friendly housing. We are currently tackling the housing shortage in Central Texas by building a network of buyers, agents, contractors, builders, investors, land owners, lenders, etc.Buyers, Builders, Contractors- One method of cost reduction is by the use of SIPS panels, cutting out lumber and sheetrock. These homes are also more cost effective and safer to operate as they the retain heat/air better. They are tested in winds over 150 MPH and have an 8 hour burn time (contain fires where they started).Investors- Proven near double digit returns!Land owners- we are always on the lookout for land to develop.Agents- Looking for partnerships to pre-sell or put people in affordable homes.Lenders- Need cash for your own real estate venture?
