Analysis services include:• Initial rental rate analysis• Rental analyses compiled and provided at end of each lease term• Market trend analysis2) FinancialFWP will manage the entirety of the monetary transactions required. All account transactions are displayed in a simple and understandable manner to owners and detailed explanations make the accounting easily understandable. When tax time arrives, our reporting systems should make tax documentation as easy as hitting print. Maintenance services include|:• All services that are subcontracted by FWP are charged to the owner's account at cost. There is no mark up on these services• FWP can do the majority of repairs and maintenance by our own maintenance department• Periodic inspections are completed free of charge to ensure the renters are abiding by the lease agreement and that life-safety aspects of the dwelling and grounds are in place and operating• When properties become vacant, repairs and maintenance are coordinated by FWP and withdrawn from the security deposit4) TenantsIt is important to remember that the best return on your investment comes from retaining quality tenants. Tenant related services include• Tennant relations and communications are handled by FWP• Tennant acquisition (advertising, property showings etc.) • Tennant screening, background checks, and credit checks • Tennant evictions are required to be handled by an attorney. FWP will hire the attorney and manage the eviction from start to finish. However, this is an owner expense.
