This platform will get rid of the filing cabinets, excel documents, and hand written books departments are using now to track their officer trainingQuality Assurance is our newest software. With assistance from several communication centers we created a cloud based solution to track quality assurance evaluations. The software is pre loaded with the APCO/NENA standard questions and can be customized by each Comm center. The analytics and reporting is what makes us unique. Run reports by question, by evaluation, create alerts for certain questions so you get notified if a dispatcher failed, run a calibration test on your evaluators.
