Frye Gillan Molinaro Architects is an award-winning architecture firm that has focused on the design of civic architecture since it was founded in 1983. Over the last decade, our focus has sharpened to become an innovative leader in this sector, with an emphasis on quality, technology integration, and flexibility. During this time, we have completed stand alone facilities as well as renovation / expansion projects. We have designed contemporary structures as well as additions and renovations to Carnegie structures or historic buildings. We also have a committment to sustainable design and green building standards. We are LEED accredited and are members of the US Green Building Council, and all our projects and specifications are geared towards LEED guidelines.Lonn Frye, FAIA and AJ Rosales, AIA, LEED AP - the two current principals of the firm - have a combined experience of almost 40 years working on library projects, and 15 years working together as a synergistic team. Lonn is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and was given this honor because of his skill with historic preservation. Both principals bring a passion and focus to their work that tends to exceed client expectations. It is our ability to listen, develop relationships, and remain inclusive that has propelled our longevity.
