Fukushu Restaurant Concepts is focused on quality first and profit second. In an age run by electronics, they encourage guests to live in the moment and enjoy the experience provided. In this sense, they strive to set a new industry standard and be the leader in their field. Brandon Katz and Andre Joffroy are the visionaries behind Fukushu Restaurant Concepts. Through years of experience with hospitality, Brandon specializes in multi-unit operations, development and training, store openings, and reinventing problem units. Andre provides his expertise in the real estate investment industry. Through this experience, Andre aids in the development of the restaurants and location selection. Currently, the Group is comprised of two concepts: OBON Holding and Goodness Fresh Food and Juice Bar. OBON focuses on both traditional and modern methods for a complete Japanese dining experience. There are currently two locations: Downtown Tucson and Scottsdale Quarter. A third location is opening in McCormick Ranch later in 2019. A fourth location is the works to be opened at The Watermark in Tempe. The Company is always pursuing new properties to continue concept growth.Goodness focuses on creating meals around the pure ingredients of our plant, balancing taste with sustainability and whats best for our health. Currently, they are located in Tucson.
