Fulbrighters with Disabilities believes in bringing the Fulbright mission through diversity and full inclusion. Our collective experience in overcoming the academic challenges and adversities faced by those with visible and invisible disabilities helps provide a path to success for all scholars with disabilities.Scholars with disabilities are in a unique position to add to their institutions through their diversity and strength. Fulbrighters with Disabilities is here to make that happen by offering guidance to new scholars, professional assistance to alumni, advising institutions on how to better serve persons with disabilities, and through collaboration with fellowships, scholarships, and other programs to serve as a liaison between persons with disabilities and the institutions that represent them.We also provide language assistance to the disabled communities such as help with the TOEFL, GRE, IELTS, and more to overcome the language barrier in order to participate in exchange programs such as Fulbright and better prepare scholars with disabilities to advance their academic as well as professional goals.
