We believe that - regardless of age, fitness and experience - with the right training, motivation and commitment everyone can become a better runner....I started running to get fit and loose weight. At 30 I was an unfit, overweight smoker who badly needed to change his lifestyle. To start with I was anxious, self-conscious and impatient. I made a lot of mistakes. But I got the right advice and eventually ran a 2.17 marathon and finished 10th in the Commonwealth games marathon aged 41.Quite simply, it was an amazing journey that changed my life. It was also an experience that gave me a lot more than just fitness. I still enjoy my running and want to help you enjoy yours and be the best you can be.Keith Anderson
