Full Service BBQ was founded in Maryville, TN in 2008 when chef and entrepreneur, Anthony DiFranco III, turned an abandoned gas station into a drive-in BBQ joint. Working off the old gas station structure and layout of the property, Full Service BBQ was born.Since then, the business has grown tremendously and continues to flourish due to consistently great-tasting food, fast and friendly service and love and support for the surrounding communities. Full Service BBQ now operates two locations in the greater Knoxville area.
