We are a full service BPO provider. We provide contact center services for several business segments such as Telecoms, consumer products, technical support, education and insurance. Operations started in March of 2010 with 52 agents and we ended 2010 with just over 500 staff. Our aim is not to become the biggest but to build a reputation for providing top quality service and be the industry leader for outsourced call center activities in the region. The principals of FullGram have over 30 years call center experience between them operating in executive possitions in their previous organizations.
