The Nagle Sami Foundation was established as a result of the personal experiences of the Founder – Olga Morawska. In the year 2009, Olga's husband – Piotr, a renowned Alpine climber of the young generation, died tragically during his expedition to Nepal. All of a sudden, Olga was left alone with two little children. Until now, there has been no organization in Poland, which would provide complex assistance for those, who have experienced a sudden loss.Objectives of the Foundation:- specific assistance for specific people – psychological support (being there for the mourning persons, support groups, therapy, psychiatric care); legal assistance in filling out of documents – for widows and widowers and their relatives- making people aware of the fact that children experience mourning as well, psychological assistance and support for children- changing the image of widows and widowers - they have the right to get on with their lives, engage in a new relationship, enjoy lifeThe NAGLE ZMIANA project – assistance and training packages for companies/ institutions:- trainings for HR departments/managers of companies/ institutions – making employers sensitive to the issues of loss and mourning, providing the necessary tools to prepare a company/ institution for death of an employee or employee's relative and the tools to respond in emergency situations; emergency intervention at the company/ institution- developing "soft skills", e.g. assertiveness, creativity, coping with stress, communication skills, getting through changesAssistance and trainings which we realize within the NAGLE ZMIANA project are comprehensive and high quality.
