Funds IQ develops web-based, interactive portfolio risk management systems for investors with private equity funds, a $4.3 trillion asset class worldwide. Today, many investors are generating sub-optimal risk adjusted returns, driven by their inability to manage private equity risk. These results are placing retiree's pensions, college and other programs at risk. In the 1Q2017, Funds IQ intends to release its PE Portfolio IQ™ platform and believes it will revolutionize how alternative asset investors evaluate risk and optimize returns. Funds IQ software was developed by a team from the University of California at Berkeley. Its management team is led by Merle E. Yoder, CEO, whose financial software experience includes 28 years building businesses at FactSet Research Systems and S&P Capital IQ.
