• Bernhard has worked with large Main Contractors and has accumulated considerable experience while working on Mid-size as well as Major Contracts. Bernhard's extensive knowledge of Commercial Management, Contract Administration & Management, Cost Control together with Specialist Claim experience has enabled Bernhard to produce detailed Claim Documentation which includes forensic analysis of the causes of Delay & Disruption on any given contract together with the effect that these delays have on the Critical Path of the Contract Programme of Works.• Bernhard also possesses considerable experience in Estimating and Pricing Building and Civil Engineering Work.• Bernhard has worked on construction disputes analysing the technical, contractual and financial aspects of a dispute producing a Statement of Claim whilst also providing assistance to advocacy in producing a Statement of Case and expert witness to clients in Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration.• Bernhard also has extensive knowledge in relation to Mechanical, Electrical and alternative Energy installations including feasibility, development, planning, implementation, coordination to test & commissioning and hand-over status together with clients file and video demonstration for end-user induction.
