Our programmes include Level 5 Higher Apprenticeships, Level 3 programmes in Team Leading, Administration and Customer, along with ILM Diploma, Certificates and Awards. We also offer TAQA Assessor and Quality Assurance awards. Further Training is approved by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to deliver funded Apprenticeship programmes and is listed on the national Register of Apprentice Training Providers (RoATP).If you are a large employer who pays the Apprenticeship Levy, we can ensure you maximise your return on investment. If you are a smaller business, we can access 90% of the costs of apprenticeships. Our programmes are tailored to you and your business, so it's no surprise that 93% of our Apprentices and their Employers' rate our programmes as Good or Outstanding.The content of each one of our programmes can be customised to your business needs, and is delivered on the job, and via our online learning platform. This minimises disruption and maximises value. Our approach works! We train over 800 candidates each year, and with success rates of over 88%, we can deliver bottom line benefits to your business.Further Training is the sister company of BCTG, one of the largest providers of Apprenticeship training nationally.
