FRS was founded by Kerra Conroy and Mike Conroy, a father and daughter team set on bettering the world of IT recruitment in Bristol, Manchester and the whole of the UK. We are new, and we do have some fresh ideas too, how refreshing. We believe in teamwork, partnership, trust & honesty. We believe in acting like humans. We believe in going that extra mile. We are super serious about IT recruitment though, and use our super powers to make every possible step to ensure you get exactly what you need from us. With these super powers we find the best candidates that no one else can find, using our extensive social media tools. Once we've found the perfect candidate, not only do we send a short bio about the person, we also prequalify them using either a technical or psychometric test depending on their skill set. Wait, there's more! We also send a short video introducing the candidate to help make your decision even easier. Super powers, or what?! We are approaching IT recruitment from a whole new angle, and believe in helping you every step of the way. From making the decision to hire someone brilliant, to carrying out interviews, to offering the best remuneration package to get the best candidate! Essentially, we take the "HUH?" out of hiring.
