In the past years we have been awarded the BDU award for "most innovative start-up 2017" and were finalists for the HR Innovation Award and for the HR Excellence Award. Our founders Judith and Markus Klups are frequently requested experts on topics surrounding the processes, necessities, and opportunities of the new world of work. We also are active in numerous events (such as the New Work Experience or the exhibition Zukunft Personal Europe) and have created the platform Zukunftslust, which inter alia is the base for our Parents@New Work network. With this network, we want to take on the important task of shaping a future of work that offers a working environment better adjusted to the lives of Parents@New Work, with equal chances for all of us.
