We launched our energy supply company in October 2015, focusing on fairness and transparency for customers and helping those who are vulnerable or in fuel poverty. Boosting the supply business is our team of service engineers who visit customers to offer energy advice and take meter readings. Our energy training academy, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, was established in 2013, delivering smart meter installer training to top-up the skills of those with existing industry qualifications.
