Hi! We're Kira and Deana, parent coaches with a passion for proactive, intentional parenting. We believe in parenting with the end in mind, so that we're playing the long game and working toward Raising Adults (which is also the name of our podcast!) We come from backgrounds in mental health and the birth world respectively. Kira has extensive experience as a therapist dealing with anxious habits, phobias and cultivating emotional intelligence. She now coaches expectant families to prepare for parenthood, and also specializes in handling discipline while still cultivating emotionally intelligent children. Deana comes with background as a doula and birth educator, and is now a parent coach specializing in infant sleep consulting, blended families and sticky discipline/parenting challenges.
