We practice the 'Minimum Effective Dose' (MED) method. Water gets boiled at 100°C. If you heat it above 100°C it doesn't get 'more boiled'. It's the same with exercise. You reach a limit and you don't need to do more. So, when you exercise: 1. you must reach the limit (momentary muscle failure - do it till you can do no more) 2. don't do anymore - REST! And let your muscles recover. All this in less than 20 minutes, and then rest for a week.
