FutureHeights started as a citizen-led group in 2000 and has grown steadily over the years to become the CDC for Cleveland Heights. Our FutureHomes program concentrates on housing rehabs and infill while our community-building programs, such as our Neighborhood Leadership Workshop and our Neighborhood Mini-Grants Program, offer opportunities for residents to get directly involved right where they live.
