The vision that led to establishing the Futuristic Studies Institute was motivated by our realisation of the need for a research centre, a think tank, that is concerned with the affairs of the region and the world at large, covering political, security, economic, and social issues, and producing an independent and rigorous analysis; the aim is not only to better describe the past and present, but also, and perhaps more importantly, to forecast the future. In this turbulent area, there is an urgent need for a reliable and professional analysis that is of an excellent quality. While endeavouring to carry this mission, Futuristic Studies Institute aims to outrank the hundreds of research centres and think tanks in the region, which have struggled to present a comprehensive analysis of past and current events, and an analysis of the challenges and opportunities facing countries in this region, and beyond. After our vision crystallised, the Futuristic Studies Institute, was founded as a non-profit, non-partisan institution. Since its launch, and in addition to the hundreds of reports produced annually, numerous workshops, round-tables, and conferences are being held to approach critical regional and global affairs. Futuristic Studies Institute produces:- Weekly and monthly news and analysis reports- Trend paper- Futuristic Studies- Special reports Furthermore, Futuristic Studies Institute organises advanced training courses for futuristic studies specialists, in cooperation with partner institution in the region and the world.
