National Forum of the Brazilian Audiovisual Festivals Organizers.\\Code of ethics: \1.The purpose of a festival is to further the audiovisual product, honoring it as an artistic, manifestation, forming and informing the public.\2.The festival must provide the necessary technical excellence and infra-structure to guarantee the physical integrity and good presentation of the works in any material support, standard measure, format or length.\3.The festival must guarantee the authors and/or rights withholders an insurance contract against fortuitous damages or accident that may occur from the arrival of the work up to the moment of its devolution, or to guarantee - by its own means integrity of the works.\4.The festival must define its specific profile, set up written regulation, make them public and implement them, honoring the existing festival calendars and events already established. The information in any of the documents produced by the organization of the festival shall be forwarded to the secretariat of the forum.\5.The festival must prioritize the participation of artists, technicians and other professionals directly involved in the production and promotion of the works presented, and also guarantee equal attention to the participants of the same category.\6.The festival must assure freedom of expression and must not accept any kind of censorship.\7.The festival must guarantee transparency in its selection, notifying before-hand the representatives of the selected and not selected titles.\8.The festival must declare in all of its publication the correct and complete data on the selected works, as well as the contacts and addresses of its representatives.\9.The festival must strive to promote full cooperation to guarantee the exchange of information, technical collaboration and logistic between the events.\10.Member festivals must promote and strengthen the positions undertakes by the Forum os Festivals.
