G. David DeLozier, a lawyer since the early 1970s, [35+ years] has an extensive background in a wide variety of litigation, business organizational planning, including corporate, partnership and individual tax planning, real estate acquisition and development of residential and commercial projects. In recent years, emphasis has been principally litigation: personal injury civil cases (including accidents and other personal injuries, sex abuse, and medical malpractice); criminal cases (DUI to capital murder); bankruptcy; family law (including divorce, decree modifications, child custody and support modifications); and commercial law (contract disputes and other business disputes). Additionally, beyond the lawyer role itself, there has been extensive business experience at the operational and ownership levels. Additionally he has been involved in several volunteer and pro bono representations for nonprofit organizations and individuals.
