GALI's unique table top and home décor lines include functional hand-blown and hand-painted glassware. GALI pieces are exclusively hand crafted in Sarasota, Florida. Drawn to the appearance of reverse-painted glass—Verre églomise—in the craftwork of 13th and 14th century Italy, Gali Studio has developed their own interpretation of the process. Working in both overglaze and reverse painting mediums, they expand the technique to incorporate layering methods influenced by the broader history of the visual arts. The functionality of the collection and its arresting contemporary design has made it extremely popular among fine art and craft galleries in the US, Europe and Japan.
