Architecture Firm/Engineering Firm - N/A, , US
Gallo Herbert Lebolo, formally known as Gallo Architects & Development Consultants, Inc. (GADC) was founded in 1988 by William J. Gallo, AIA. In its 21-years of existence, Gallo Herbert Lebolo has gone through an architectural evolution, from post modernism, through constructivism to the current development of green building design and commissioning. The history of Gallo Herbert Lebolo dates back to Bill founding an architecture and construction management firm in 1973 with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. During this time the firm specialized in healthcare, long-term care design and educational facilities. In 1985, the company was purchased by a public development and asset management company and Bill remained as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overall operations. During these years Bill expanded his expertise to development economics and fixed asset management. After purchasing back the firm in 1988, Bill re-established his architectural firm in Florida and designated it the Gallo Group. This company worked in collaboration with newly added affiliate companies for construction and development. In 1995, Gallo Group was incorporated as GADC. In 1999, GADC expanded and Brian P. Herbert, AIA, became a principal and in 2005 he became President. Emilio Lebolo III was later added as a principal and Vice President in 2007. To better represent the three owners, GADC began doing business as Gallo Herbert Lebolo in June of 2009. Gallo Herbert Lebolo believes in producing vibrant, inspiring designs that transform into powerful and sustainable buildings. As a firm, it strives to create functional spaces that fulfill challenging requirements and attract individuals to meet, relate and enjoy the ambiance. Gallo Herbert Lebolo's philosophy is to create social art.
