Gallup Development is a privately owned real estate development and construction firm. Established over 30 years ago by Stephen Latham, the firm's primary construction projects are focused in and around the Historic Highlands area in Denver. Stephen Latham is a visionary and a pioneer in redeveloping the Highlands area. He started investing and building in the Highlands long before it became "Hip" and the "It" place to live. In 1995, under Latham Brothers, LLC, Stephen Latham was instrumental in becoming the first single family home builder in the gentrification of Historic Highlands. At Gallup Development, the process begins with finding the right investment properties that will yield the greatest profits for our real estate investors. Through the use of cost and job controls, and the effective use of proven job systems and methods, our clients and investors are assured they will be satisfied with the end result.Projects are carefully managed through various phases by experienced Project Managers in charge of detailed project plans. They are instrumental in providing effective leadership to get the job done and done correctly. Our licensed and insured subcontractors are carefully chosen for their expertise in their particular field of knowledge and their hands-on building skills. Stephen Latham is on the job all day, everyday. He personally manages the day-to-day functions of the firm as well as oversees that the Lead Project Managers are following the project plans. He is often out in the field visiting project sites and is very present to troubleshoot when problems may arise. Stephen Latham is very familiar with every aspect of the business. And he is a stakeholder in Gallup Development.
