Galveston Rangers FC is an American soccer team based in Galveston, Texas. Re-Founded in 2010 as Galveston Pirate SC, the team played in the fourth-tier National Premier Soccer League as an expansion team in 2012, a season they finished as the champions of the South Central Conference. In 2014/15 Pirate SC played in the Texas Premiere Soccer League. In March of 2015, Pirate SC re-branded the club to Galveston Rangers FC, to reflect its new direction, vision and projects. Rangers have now announced the addition of a Women's program and an Academy for youth ages U5-U19.
