Gambini Consulting is focused on streamlining slipform crew training and bridging the "gap" in training from manufacture to operator. We understand there is more to these machines than just showing the operator the controls, this is why we focus on operating and the concrete crew that follows behind the machine. We work with you to train experienced operators so that a quality product is slipformed without delay and costly learning curves.Current training schools offered by others only focus on the basics of the machine-like setup and technical support without teaching operators how to put concrete through these machines which is the hardest part to slipforming. This creates an unsafe atmosphere for people around the machine both mentally and sometimes physically.Our training instructors focus on teaching your operator how to put concrete through these machines with 1 on 1 seat time experience in real-world situations. We also focus on training the crew behind the machine on finishing the slipformed product, stringline and stringless.Our success comes from years of experience in the construction business, personnel and the desire to provide satisfaction to every customer.
