As a mother of a young boy I can honestly say I'm in the best physical shape of my life and that's without running. These knees can't pound the pavement, hardwood, or grass anymore. So GAME Training came alive post pregnancy when I devised workout plans that I could do in my living room while my son Joseph was sleeping. With limited space, equipment and time I encompassed the theory to do more with less. Do more with what you have readily available to you at all times…your bodyweight. Time is not an excuse to hold you back. Even if you can only give 10 minutes to devote to your workout do it. It's your intensity level that determines the results of your workout.GAME Training is my opportunity to give back, or as I like to say "pay it forward." Many people believed in me and pushed me to reach my potential. So now that I am able to develop personalized programs, it's my time to help the up and coming athletes, those weekend warriors, and the plain Jane's and Average Joe's to reach their maximum fitness levels. I've always thought you should do what you love and then hope you get paid for it. I'm thankful for those that believe in my skills and know that whatever your GAME is I have a GAMEplan for you.It's time to get your game on!
