We're a contingency recruiting firm so the hiring company only pay us a fee if they ultimately hire a candidate that we introduce to them. We provide job postings on traditional job boards but also have personal networks and relationships that we tap into. We provide screening (including resume reviews and phone screenings) before we ever present a prospect.
