Gauvin Consulting Ltd. provides general consulting of Financial & Regulatory Reporting Systems for Wealth Management and other Financial Clients.Marie-Ginette runs the company. She is well versed in Global Expansion Initiatives and Capital Market process and settlement. She has over 15 years' experience in back Office Operations and was responsible for the settlement/clearing of all multi-currency trades offshore. She dealt daily with various Custodian banks such as Mellon Bank, Bank of New York, Pershing New York and Pershing UK. She is familiar with the interface systems used by many custodian banks. As head of Operations, she was responsible for Cash availability and Cash Flow projection in all currencies.She worked for Bermuda Investment Advisory Services (BIAS) for four years where she contributed to the growth the company. She was primarily responsible for all operations related matters including IT, Trade Settlement, Market Data, CRM and regulatory reporting requirements. She directed BIAS Global Expansion and set up their offices the Cayman Islands dealing with all aspects of their back office operations. She is hands-on and has been working in an hybrid role as PM/Business Analyst. Until recently, she worked for Wells Fargo International Finance as a Business Analyst/PM and implemented T24/Globus, a multi-currrency Credit Systems for the Global Expansion Initiatives. Marie-Ginette just completed her Agile Scrum Master training from the Scrum Alliance.
