Gavin White Consulting is a small consulting firm currently under incorporation in Guadalajara, Mexico (as of January 2018), based on a network of experienced humanitarian professionals. Current members average 14 years of field experience in supporting communities and grassroots organizations to solve local challenges, whether in response to emergencies or to tackle the root causes of vulnerability.The areas of expertise of GW Consulting are:- community-based project evaluation, particularly considering linkages between development and humanitarian interventions; - organizational development for local grassroots organizations, helping put into practice the "localization" commitment from the 2016 World Humanitarian Summit; and- supporting knowledge management, including via the development of educational and management resources for non-profit organizations.
