We provide our members three core services:INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATIONS:Business Development Professional (BDP) certification enables new and existing business developers to demonstrate their business development competency and proficiency to employers, colleagues, and clients as the seal of a trusted business development professional. Business Growth Practitioner (BGP) certification (BGP) is a one-hour online course designed for any employee to understand the basics of business development and help facilitate the growth of their company.CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATIONS:Business Quality Level (BQL) certification enables our corporate clients to clearly demonstrate their employee proficiency and commitment to high quality customer experiences and success.There are three Business Quality Levels: BQL 1 requires all employees to complete their BGP certification.BQL 2 requires all business development employees to complete and retain their BDP certification. BQL 3 requires our corporate members to conduct recurring annual customer satisfaction surveys with their clients. COMMUNITY:Business development is a team sport.
