Award winning BREEAM Assessors covering Europe and the Gulf. We act more as BREEAM Coordinators due to our Project Management experience as we find this steers the team to provide the information we require to satisfy the BRE in simpler formats that suit the programme and project. We are currently assessing other BREEAM schemes (Winning the BREEAM Retail Award for the UK in 2010 and the BREEAM Wales Award for an Office project in 2009) and so must be doing something right!. We will also be able to utilise some of the win's from these projects also during the term of the contract(s). We know from experience that due to our experience and push to become a full part of the team we ensure that the cost of BREEAM, i.e. attaining the credits for the best value to the client and team, providing a building that works… provides the best value. Rather than just ticking a few BREEAM boxes, audit style, that may well be cheaper at the outset.
