Attendees learn about the tech needs of the U.S. military, discuss and share solutions, and raise awareness about new innovations that can make an impact. GDI Partners was started by Tracy Boettinger and Lisa Delp in 2018 with a focus on creating valuable opportunities for emerging technology businesses. Tracy is gifted at facilitating connections and collaboration between diverse agencies, while Lisa is passionate about building sustainable entrepreneurial environments by creating active networks of vital business resources.
