GEA Engineering P.C. is licensed to practice engineering as a professional corporation in the states of New York and New Jersey. GEA Environmental Consultants, Inc., an affiliated corporation, is an environmental consulting firm which also provides engineering services, permitting, environmental compliance and scientific investigative and assessment services in the environmental field. GEA Engineering was formed in 1988 to respond to the public's concern for the quality of our nation's environment and to the unique requirements of both public and private sector clients who are in need of highly qualified senior technical professionals to provide dedicated experience on a full-time project basis. Expanding from a sole proprietorship established by Steven M. Gamelsky, PE in 1988, GEA Environmental Consultants, Inc. became incorporated in 1991 with Mr. Gamelsky serving as President and CEO. In 1992, the engineering firm, GEA Engineering became a Professional Corporation.
