Gear 4.0 was founded when we realised the construction industry has always lagged behind more digitally advanced industries. After working for more than 20 years as Architects, Project Managers and Consultants in Real Estate Companies, we decided to engage ourselves into bringing this industry closer to the fourth industrial revolution, one building at a time.The experience working so many years in project management processes, the level of expertise reached working in great construction companies and the eagerness to learn and share the knowledge, give us the confidence to achieve our Mission. It is ambitious, we know, but it still is the main goal of Gear 4.0.So, when choosing the company's name, the GEAR made a lot of sense, since it is the device that represents the movement and the level of performance we aim. The 4.0 is a direct reference to the fourth industrial revolution.
