GEC Holding AS manages a small number of investors who collectively hold majority positions and active roles in all our investments. We are located at Billingstad in Asker, Sluppen in Trondheim, and have investments throughout the Nordic region. Our strategic focus is on investments where we can assist with more than capital. We are currently involved in commercial and residential real estate and aviation. We have previously had investments in the automotive industry and logistics. We currently have available capital and capacity to assess new projects. Our prerequisite for new investments is that we can have a leading role in the investment objects. Real estate projects must be in Norway and have a total value of MNOK 300+ We are currently working on building a new housing rental company in Trondheim.
