Provide process improvement to physical distribution and warehouse management. Serve clients by using analytical tools, specialized skill sets, subject matter expertise to streamline all functional areas of logistics management. Provide assistance in the development and execution of support plans during every stage of logistics life cycle. Consult on policy, strategy, and guidance to ensure clients are meeting or exceeding operational readiness standards by recommending improvements to existing and planned logistics processes. Increase visibility of accountable property to ensure assets are readily available to support organization's mission capabilities and financial audit requirements. Provide oversight guidance and management to all levels of supply chain operations including, but not limited to planning and coordinating with fiscal, acquisition, and administrative departments. Collaborate and plan with managers and appropriate personnel to conduct business process analysis and re-engineering. Conduct training for various Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) in conjunction with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) to ensure Department of Defense (DoD) compliance.
