GEMA IMPIANTI was born in 2001 from the intuition, commitment and determination of the owner Claudio Masotti after 12 years of experience and active participation in the sector and in the shipbuilding of INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULICS, gaining awareness and the desire to project into the future. Over time the company has grown in terms of staff and turnover, becoming a strong, young and dynamic reality, a synthesis of technology as well as consolidating itself as an ideal partner for all those companies that need prompt and professional assistance for the ordinary maintenance of the systems. technological and production with wide availability and capacity in the construction of new plants. Inside the company there are employees, technical managers and installers to which the same owner is added as experience coordinator. The passion and attention to customer needs push the company to constant updating, following specific courses, achieving qualifying certificates and certificates in the different types of installations. Research and innovation have allowed us to become open listeners to customers' problems and consequently reliable proposers of sustainable and effective solutions. Attention to compliance with safety regulations means that employees are regularly and adequately trained in health and safety in the workplace, being equipped with all the devices necessary to be able to operate in compliance with the aforementioned standards. Good communication with the customer is the basis of our policy in order to establish complicity and empathy, in order to better understand tastes and needs.
