Nonprofit Organization Management - Boston, Massachusetts, United States
We aim to address gender disparities in the surgery, obstetrics, and anesthesia workforce worldwide through research, advocacy, and mentorship. This initiative is meant to be inclusive, progressive, and dynamic. We hope to build a community with a shared vision for gender equity because we acknowledge that this is a critical step towards the provision of surgical care for all. The organization consists of three pillars: research, mentorship, and advocacy. For this year, we have also added a team of Regional Liaisons and a Diversity, Equity and Justice (DEJ) Task Force to work at the core of our organization and guide all the work we do.
