General Scenery, Inc. specializes in custom built scenery, rentals, graphics, and scenic painting for corporate productions, theme parks, studios, parties and other special events. General Scenery is housed in a 34,000 square foot facility in Orlando, Florida. We are able to ship and work anywhere in the world, but are conveniently located near all Orlando convention hotels, theme parks and the Orange County Convention Center. Selby Sullivan, Owner and President, has assembled an experienced staff capable of meeting the demands of deadlines with the greatest attention to detail. Selby opened his first scenery company in 1994 which grew from a small garage workshop to its current size. "General Scenery is the next evolution of that company and the culmination of many years of experience," says Sullivan. What our clients can imagine, we can make reality.General Scenery is a fully equipped production facility, complete with separate in-house carpentry, welding, scenic and graphics shops. We can also provide large format printing and CNC routing for custom graphics and signage. The company's rental inventory includes lectern, staging, drapery, cycloramas, rental sets, motorized turntables, screen rollers and much, much more.In addition to fabricated services, General Scenery is also certified by the California State Fire Marshal's office to test and treat fabrics and other materials for flame resistance.
