The Generals Lacrosse Club was developed in 2005 and was formed with the main goal and purpose of making, cultivating and enhancing the abilities of high school lacrosse players out of the talented young men that played for our first U-15 team. This special group of young men ultimately represented 10 different high schools and over 1/2 of the players are playing collegiate lacrosse across the country at various levels. Today we have strengthened our commitment to Northern Virginia's high school lacrosse programs by hosting the highly competitive Piedmont Fall League, the area's premier "varsity-only" fall league and by co-founding the National Premier Youth Lacrosse League (NPYLL). The NPYLL provides the area's top 6th, 7th and 8th graders the opportunity to participate in the nation's first travel youth lacrosse league against Premier competition out of Baltimore, Annapolis and etc. to "get them ready" for their upcoming HS experience. It is not designed to compete with any of the local youth groups within the NVYLL, it is designed to be a complimentary program to assist in competing at the highest levels. From our Clinics, Youth Premier League's Team, and our High School Premier Fall League and to our hand picked, extremely competitive Summer Tournament Teams, our "serve the high school first" mentality is evident in the level of competition we participate in and consistently pursue.
