Our Organization is based in Firenze, Italy. Our associates founders come from different countries - New York, Milan, Stockholm, Tuscany - and experiences - Fashion, Education, Craftsmanship, Commerce, Ethics, Charity and Not For Profit Sectors. Our aim is to give life to a local and international ONG focusing on the needs of contemporary generations. Young people need the elderly, while families need to know more of digital culture to guide their children, teen-agers need to share a common set of values to fight cyber-bullism, fashion needs to be truly useful and to generate value for those who work into the industry. We all need to learn a new ethical language and to work on a volunteer base for good - but our volunteering aims to create a concrete result that can truly last and give value to the people. We propose a new form of education based on ethical values and authenticity, and a high professional mentoring for those who are in need (from NEET subjects to the unemployed, to the young students or the immigrants in search for work but with low access to high quality jobs) in order to connect various generations and human and professional experiences. We want to save small artisans from disappearing, and we are realizing a fashion collection to return dignity to violence victims and immigrants. Finally, we believe that it's impossible to activate any type of project without considering the people in their multiple dimensions: work, imagination and culture, environment, human relations, intergenerational exchange and local origins, global technologies and natural and urban spaces.
