The Genesis Project's is mobilizing the larger global community in solving the BIG global crisis arising from our civilization's running into the Earth's limits. The starting point is teaching the use of TWANG - The Weirdly Awesome Natural Gage. This transcends the metric system by offering a set of sizes to transform our technological infrastructure, e.g., energy, transportation, information, nanotechnology, and social dynamics. It even offers a new second to correct for the slowing of the Earth by tidal friction - yet is derived from basic physics and math without any reference to the specific properties of the Earth!
