GeneSpector Innovations (GSIN) is a university spin-off company.Our mission is to develop new biomedical approaches with global potential, optimize them in laboratories into commercial application, to then help in diagnostics of various diseases. GSIN connects scientific university teams from different disciplines and turns approaches to products and solutions either directly or in collaboration with global commercial players.Founded by three Czech entities, Charles University as a largest shareholder builds on GSIN's predecessor, GeneSpector, which was able to develop a complex, certified PCR testing solution for COVID-19 with an EBITDA of 40% within the first 18 months.Saving costs and needed capacities in routine laboratories. Validating our tech-transfer abilities and agility, this made us the most successful start-up in CEE.We have sufficient scientific and research capabilities to establish strategic partnerships in the field of bioseparations and other technologies and applications targeting biomedical, pharmaceutical, and similar fields.
